Mighty Software, Inc. Terms *

We have a few simple rules when being a part of the Mighty Partner Program:

By joining the Mighty Partner Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to protect both you as the partner, and us at Mighty!

What does being a Mighty Partner entail:

-Promoting Mighty Networks ethically and within our terms & conditions
-Earning commission on all referred sales (when using your unique link)

Commission payments:

-Once accepted into the program, you’ll find instructions on setting up your account to track earnings and find your unique link to promote, which allows us to track your referrals
-You only receive a referral commission if a Host signs up from your link and upgrades to a paid Community, Courses, Business, or Path-to-Pro plan
-Commissions are generated 30 days after the referral's purchase
-We pay out these commissions via PayPal at the top of each month (so payments may hit at mid-month)
-Referrals are only recognized for sales through your unique link. Commission payments cannot be retroactively applied
-If your referred sale is not recognized, let us know right away! We may attribute the sale to you if proof of referral is shared
-Mighty Networks reserves the right to withhold a commission and remove you from the program at any point (but we don’t want to, so like...be cool)

What can’t you do:

-Engage in spam or unsolicited communication
-Run ads using our brand terms/against our brand terms or act in any way that implies that you are officially representing Mighty Networks or employed by Mighty Networks
-Misrepresent our offerings or make false claims
-Use your own affiliate link for personal purchases (self-referrals)
-We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this agreement.
